Shipping Policy

At Diverse Prime Picks, we want customers to clearly understand our shipping times, costs, and delivery process before placing an order.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not processed on Sundays or major holidays.

After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders and destinations shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 7–15 business days
International shipping: 9–23 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, carrier delays, local postal services, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

We ship domestically within the United States and to select international destinations available at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Diverse Prime Picks.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when tracking is available from the carrier.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

5. Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can help look into the issue.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item or packaging, if applicable. We will review the issue and work with you toward a resolution.

7. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Diverse Prime Picks is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Diverse Prime Picks is an online store only and is not open to the public for in-person visits.
